RECOMMENDATION

As we know, the innovation or development in service business is important because through innovation it will ensure the successful and achievement of the organizational goals. Innovation also not a new process in an organization because some organizations has made development and innovation on their products or services like government made many improvement on their service delivery to the people in order to make the service process become efficient and effective.

For the recommendation, the using of new technology into service process can support and enhance the effectiveness of service business. Computer can make work done faster and effective. It also can reduce the number of manpower to do the job because by using computer or machine, it has been programmed. For example, there are software uses by accountants like MYOB and UBS this software used to help accountants to increase their efficiencies. Besides, this software user friendly and easy to be used because all company must have their own account and the account must estimate the profit and loss generate by the company. In order to avoid any mistake which made by people, these software can be used to ensure the data, records are accurate.

Other than that, in order to make the innovation service run smoothly, effective workers are also needed because they are who will do the work and will make decision for the organization. To make the workers efficient and effective in doing their job, the organization should send them to training in order to make them up to date and develop their skills and knowledge. It is because, there are people who tend to remain same and cannot accept changes occurring in the organization and make them become naïve in using technology. Even though the using of technology is more use by the organization, the manpower also is crucial because sometime the technology will face some problems like electric destruction and system destruction. So, manual process of work will be used like using people or employees. Customer have high level of expectation when they facing with people during the service providing service, so the employees must give good service in order to avoid any bad comment or feedback by the customers.

Furthermore, an organization must have realistic mission to accomplish like to achieve ISO for the service given. In order to achieve ISO in an organization, several rules and conditions must be followed. ISO which a recognition to an organization when they achieve the standard stated by the government through the achievement of ISO, it will give certainty to any company to invest and to get service in the organization because the good reputation from the ISO. For example, all universities in Malaysia are competing each other to get the ISO in their education system either in term of the learning process or the employers itself.

Lastly, for service business also can implement corporate governance style in their management. It means the set of processes, customs, policies, laws, and institutions affecting the way a corporation is directed, administered or controlled. It also includes the relationships among the many stakeholders like customers, staffs and many more in achieving goals in the organization. There are several key elements of good corporate governance principles include honesty, trust and integrity, openness, performance orientation, responsibility and accountability, mutual respect, and commitment to the organization. If these key elements can be used and implement in a services firm, the firm can achieve more profit besides increase their efficiencies because of those elements.
